As a UX designer and researcher i've defined main issue of monitoring internal announcements, news and events for all the internal users including students, university staff and professors. Before QEVENT users did not have one portal where they can track down all announcements in AlmaU, they get lost whether it's upcoming events and for them it seemed complex to track it from instagram, telegram chanels and etc. at once.

Creating a unified platform with an interactive calendar and news feed. As Product & UX/UI Designer, I conducted the full development cycle: from gathering pain points through interviews to creating a UI kit and writing technical specifications for development
From its inception, QEVENT started as a student project, that later developed into main university events & news portal for university staff, teachers and students

The work began with in-depth UX research: student surveys and interviews with department staff. Having identified the need for a "single source of truth," I designed prototypes that solved the event navigation problem. The result was the platform launch, which optimized work of PR & Marketing, Academic Mobility, HR departments
