Students and staff spent time searching for the right links and contacts, and the process of submitting requests to the IT department was not automated and difficult to track.
solution
Development of a comprehensive interface with role-based access control (student/employee). I designed the UX/UI of the portal and UniHelp system from scratch, including creating the logo and adaptive layouts for different user roles.
Story behind development of AlmaUni started with main pain points and struggles of university staff, teachers and students.
Before AlmaUni, students & universtiy staff (including professors) didn't have main interanl service that couls solve and close their fundamental problems such as: seeing news and events, ask for quick help

The main challenge was creating a clean interface for a huge amount of data. The UniHelp system made it possible to transform chaotic requests for help into structured tickets, which accelerated the IT department's work and increased process transparency for users.
