A complex and opaque onboarding process: new employees were confused by regulations, university structure, and business processes, which increased the burden on the HR department.
solution
Designing the logic and visual interface of the platform. I developed a UX schema of adaptation business processes, created the visual style and logo for the service, making the new employee's journey linear and intuitive.

The project began with an analysis of the employee journey (Employee Journey Map). It was important to create not just a document repository, but a step-by-step guide. As a result, an interface was developed that addresses a newcomer's questions before they are even asked to the HR manager.
